WE BELIEVE that the Bible, in whole and in each of its parts, is the inspired, infallible and inerrant Word of the Living God. As the sufficient, complete and trustworthy revelation of God, it is our sole source of absolute authority, both individually and corporately.
THE BIBLE TEACHES that God is Holy... all-powerful, all-wise, and perfect in righteousness. By the Word of His power, He spoke the universe into existence. Though created in His image, our original parents -- Adam and Eve -- disobeyed God, catastrophically plunging mankind into a hopeless state of constant sin, terminated only by death.
BUT GOD, in His infinite mercy, was unwilling to abandon His fallen creatures. Since mankind, by nature, is fatally corrupt unable to do, desire, or understand anything pleasing to God, in eternity past, the Triune God covenanted to reconcile His people to Himself.
THE FATHER, in His unfathomable grace, gave those whom He fore-loved to His only begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ.
THE SON, in an act of unspeakable humility, took on our flesh, to live a sinless, righteous life, and die an atoning, sacrificial death, on behalf of the elect, being raised from the dead as God’s testimony to His all-sufficient work.
THE HOLY SPIRIT is then sent, by the Father and the Son, to insure, irresistibly, that God’s elect both come to, and persevere in, faith in Christ.
THE BIBLE TEACHES that sinful man is justified before the Holy God by grace alone, through faith alone, because of Christ alone.
WE BELIEVE, as the Bible declares, salvation belongs to our God. Man is incapable of merit, preparation or cooperation, hence he can only be saved by grace and only faith can be the instrument of that salvation.
But Misdirected Faith is of NO Value!
Because of His matchless person and work, Jesus Christ, alone, is the subject and object of saving faith... His virgin birth, sinless life, miraculous works, vicarious death, bodily resurrection, literal ascension, and physical return.
And, since God, alone, does all the work God, alone, deserves all the glory!
